How to Lose Weight on Antidepressants, Thyroid Medication or Chemotherapy.

I was performing one of my Periscope broadcasts yesterday on what to eat to stop cheating on your diet, when someone asked me one of my favorite questions.

I’m on chemo, any suggestions?

Often times when someone is gaining weight because of their thyroid medication, antidepressants or chemotherapy they ask me if they should really follow healthy nutrition.

This is an unusual question because the

solution has always been and always will be...

food.

The Password is FOOD!

Healthy food and a lot of it.

When someone asks me this question tells me right away that they don't understand the vital role smart nutrition plays in the body.

If you're on Chemo that's when you need healthy nutrition the most.

This question reminded me of Jess who had chemo and radiation treatment and was battling cancer for several years. Once she started her customized nutrition program her energy levels increased her metabolism sky rocketed and the body fat began to melt off.

But most importantly she has been cancer free the last year.

Here's the take home point.

Your situation is not unique.

You're not a special snow flake.

Believe me, there are thousands of people fighting the same battle you're fighting.

You're not alone.

The reason I know this is because just in the population of my online clients who've followed their very own customized nutritional program I've had dozens of similar  scenarios

And undergoing chemo.

And that's a good thing.

because it's a confidence builder that you can overcome and triumph too!

But actually seeing the results that other people made is what really resonates and will inspire you to break the chains of doubt and blaze no trails to victory.

Candice ate huge healthy meals to achieve and sustain inspirational fat loss even though she had to take daily medication for her thyroid disease.
